"The Tower of Fun" -  I'd like to tell you that I've had the Tower now for about two years, and literally about 300 ferrets have rough-housed, run, played, chased each other, learned to walk upwards.....and on occasion, a fearful shy little ferret will use the Tower as a means of solitude, with a window to the rest of those playing.  It truly has stood the test of time, and the roughest of ferrets!     It's an enrichment in a ferret's playtime.  I love that it makes the ferret to use a whole new set of muscles in maneuvering the ups, downs and curves of it all.  It's been a very significant addition to our play area and I wouldn't be without it.  After two years, it's still in great shape, unlike the other commerical tube products for ferrets that tear within a few months of useage.  I highly recommend your Tower of Fun, and thank you for it's creation and availability to us shelters and of course, I encourage my clients that adopt to include it in their arsenal of ferret toys!

My shelter received a Tower of Fun for Christmas and the ferrets absolutely love it, especially the DMK's.  I move it around so it's a "new" Tower everytime they come out.  I think Cindy's Tower of Fun is a "must have" for ferret owners and the best new "IN" thing for ferrets since the Ferret Nation cage.  I'm very proud and thrilled to have one here for my rescue kids.

Hello!!!

I am SO sorry for not getting back to you sooner!  Things have been so so crazy with the holidays.  The tower arrived and I gave it to them on Christmas morning!  They LOVED it!!!  Some of them were a bit weary of it and needed to give it a good sniff or two, but most of them climbed right into it and slid down on the way out!  I really can't thank you enough for this gift.  I was so happy when the sick and weak fuzzies took to it right away.  It's been such a great exercise tool for them to build their strength back up.  I would love it if you would post this e-mail in the Review section for others to see!  I wish you the best of luck and if there's anything I can do to help promote this tower, please let me know.  I think it's a wonderful tool for anyone to have, especially for sick and weak fuzzies.  I can't stress that enough.  It may sound crazy, but just in the week they've had it, I've seen a change in the strength of the sick ones here.  They are more playful and willing to run around and they love climbing up the tubes and sliding down them!  I also adored the Thank You card that came with the tower.   Well I must be going, but thank you again so so much, and I hope you have a wonderful New Year!!!

= Hi - I purchased a Tower of Fun at the ferret show in Grand Rapids last month.  It is BY FAR the best ferret toy I have ever seen! My crew of 8 - the Psycho Circus - gives it rave reviews!  Even wide butt Sherman has made it through a few times.  Shakespeare and Stoney love to slide down from the top. And the girls (Kira, Skye & Stormy) just want to race through as fast as possible. And my balding boys Danny and Fizz don't seem to mind the sensation on their skin. This is the only toy that they play with every single day, and never seem to tire of. Watching them all cavort in the tower has become the newest entertainment activity for our household and our guests. Everyone just cracks up when there are 4 or more racing all through the tower. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful toy!!

Hey there, I just got my tower this morning.  I unpacked it right away, which woke up all 4 ferrets, and at first they were only interested in the box haha.  So I put away the box and they were a little scared of it at first but they love it now!  One of them just kept going through it over and over again, one could only get about halfway up it, one goes in and comes right back out, and one won't try it yet haha.  But I would definitely recommend this to anyone, I was so happy to get it!  And I think the ferrets will love it as soon as they all figure out what to do with it!  Thanks for everything!

Hi-
I just wanted to let you know that the Ferret Tower arrived in 1 piece..............and the kids are already busy enjoying it.

There were a few that dove right in like they had done this a million times before; and there are several that will only poke their heads in and wonder what all of the interest is about.

Either way -- it is providing us all entertainment!

Thanks so much - what a clever idea!  You are brilliant.

I reworked the ferret room and in the triple sized play pen is the place of honor for the new ferret tower!  Now instead of little faces looking up a me like "how come we are in here?"  They are way too buzy playing with their new toy.  Even the oldies have been playing in it.  I have two ferrets who can barely see and have managed to find their way in the tube and it is wonderful enrichment for them.  I stuffed two baby blankets in the top so they wouldn't be tempted to climb down the inside of the cylinder, now that is the "king of the hill" spot.  Thank you for sending it, they love it and it makes me feel good to give the shelter residents something that inspires them to play.

We had a new girl who was rescued with another ferret in an abandoned basement with an open sewer drain. No water, no food, no cage and the new tenant moving in found them.  We had to quarentine them offsite since one tested positive for coccidia.  So they got the full regiment of Albon and strict quarentine.  One ferret is a young  female light sable mit who looks to be quite young the other is an older black sable female who was quite skinny and will continue to be fostered to ensure she is stable and gaining some good weight.  We named the younger one Tawney.  Her first day out of the quarentine cage was last night, we put her in with some of the younger adoptable ferrets and she made a bee-line for the ferret tower.  She had quite a time playing in it and it was two hours later before she came out, took a drink of water and added herself to the sleeping ferret pile on the blankets.

So please know that all of the ferrets loved it, but it in particular was most appreciated by a little ferret girl who was abandoned in the worst of situations as to start a new and happy life.

Sincerely,
Diane W.

I would like to let others know how wonderful the heavy duty ferret tower of fun made by Cindy and Tom has been for my crew of 11. They have had so much fun and exercise playing in it and it has not had a single problem. I was one of the first to order this Tower and that has been at least 6 months ago.

I have one little guy that has a sandwich or two mising for a full picnic and everyday he wil carry a jingle ball up the tube and once to the top he will drop the ball and race it down. The problem is he drops it down the side he dosen't run down but that is the side he watches for it to exit...This has been going on for months...

This is the one toy I have invested in that they have played with the most without losing interest. The care that Tom and Cindy has taken to make sure there are no sharp or rough edges is great. If you truely want a very well made toy and exercise unit with challenges for your fuzzbutts this is the item to invest in.

Make sure you get the real thing from them it is well made and very sturdy. There is no comparison to the heavy tube they use as opposed to the lighter weight that doesn't last with the weight of several ferrets using it....Like anything else, you get what you pay for.

Thank you Tom and Cindy for the time and thought you put into this item for our kids...Debby Osburn- AKA- memaws zoo

Hi,

I love the tower.  Piccolo & Sabine love it.  Oliver is still deciding though he finally went in and went through the whole thing.  They trap each other in it or just go through.  I really thought Piccolo would be the most hesitant because he was with the plain tunnels but he's been the one who was the first to get in and the first to go all the way through.  He loves to climb to the top and slide down.  If he stops sliding he gives himself another little push.  Sabine waits for the other two to go in one end and she goes in the other to trap one, usually Piccolo in the middle.  This is great.

I'm also thrilled because I have found something to challenge Oliver with..  I think he's such a trouble maker because he's bored.  Everything is so easy to him.  He's also been a little more trouble since Skeeter's been gone because he misses him.  For whatever reasons he's finding this new addition to our home to be quite a mystery.  Just what he needed to keep occupied.

Thanks again, so much.
Carolyn and the crew

Subj: My new Ferret Fun Tower

Late last week, I decided to splurge and get my furkids a Ferret Fun Tower.  I placed the order Thursday night, and the Tower arrived on Monday, which was much sooner then I expected.  Since the Towers are not made in advance, I was very pleasantly surprised at the fast service.

My Monday was insanely busy, and so I did not have a chance to open the box until late in the evening.  At that time, only my 2 older hobs were out.  Being the silly boys that they are, they were initially more interested in the box then they were in the Tower itself.  However, after I finally took the box away and put it downstairs, they got busy exploring the Tower.  It wasn’t long before they were chasing each other into and up the Tower.  This looked like it was great exercise for them, and they were definitely enjoying it.

Later, I got my old lady, Monty, out to have her late night dinner.  Monty is small spry 8 year old sprite.  After she finished her soup, she had to explore the Tower, and climbed up and through it several times.  So, while my kids had not had a lot of time to explore it, the ones who had seen it were definitely giving it their seal of approval.

This morning, the fun really started.  The 2 youngsters that I kept from Val’s litter and Meesha had their time out.  They were all extremely enthusiastic about the Tower, and spent a long time chasing each other through it.  Quattro was somewhat hesitant at first – he fell and broke one of his front legs when he was about 12 weeks old, and now he is cautious about new things that involve climbing.  But, when he saw Maddie and Meesha racing up and down in the tubes, he couldn’t resist the urge to join in.

Tonight was the grand climax, though.  Val and Luna got to explore it.  Val is my wild child.  She is the ferret that swings from the chandeliers.  Val can climb and jump better then any ferret I have known.  I have had to continually do new ferret proofing, because she is always finding new ways to get into trouble.  The Tower was just what the doctor ordered for her.  She dashed in one end of the tube, raced up and back down the other side, ran out, and came back and did it all again.  After 3 or 4 times of dashing through the Tower tube, she decided to try something a little more challenging.  That is my Val – always looking for a challenge.  She managed to climb up the outside of the Tower tubes, and went over and into the Tower.  Now, this was especially fun for Val and Luna, because just then, Luna was climbing through the tubes.  Since the tubes are fairly clear, they could see each other.  Val was climbing over the outside of the tubes inside the Tower, chasing Luna who was running up and down through the tubes.  I just shook my head.  Leave it to those 2 to find a different way of doing things.

I would highly recommend this Ferret Fun Tower to anyone with active and playful ferrets.  It is very sturdy and well made, and the ferrets at this house all really enjoy it.  I have been looking for a way to get my boys to build up the muscle in their shoulders, and I think the Tower will do the trick.  And, I am enjoying watching them as much as they are enjoying playing in it.

Hi Cindy, It came today! I will post on the FML later tonight about the tower. I have a hard time getting to the websites; so we are hoping you can put this on yours for us.  Tabitha wants you to post a review for the other fertys. This is Tabitha aka lil bit. My tower came today and i was so excited that mom didn't even have it out of the box and i was crawling up it. I am a wild child and anything i can climb is great. I give it 2 paws up. My brother (spikie a cat) ran off with the xtra zip ties. He wanted something cool to play with too. From mom; this is a quality product. All the sharp edges are covered and is constructed very well. It was a pleasure to do business with Cindy and Tom. I got the tower 4 days after they got my money order. They answer e-mails very fast and are a great asset to  the ferret community. I know Tabitha will have many hours of fun. Thanks Soooo much. dooks Eileen and Tabitha.

Dear Cindy and Tom,

I received my Ferret Tower of Fun here in Anchorage, Alaska and my ferrets absolutely love it.  It was love at first sight for my younger, 2 year old Missy.  She went right at it, in the tube, and preceeded to go up and down, over and over again.  She figured out that it is more fun and quicker to get to the top, if she rolls over on her back, and then slides down super fast!  It is so funny.  I also have a big old man ferret named Rocky.  He starts out slow, but once he gets warmed up...watch out.  He proved that the next morning.  He and Missy were chasing each other around the house and she took a quick turn right into the tower.  Rocky of course gave chase and followed right behind her.  She is much quicker than this poor old man so she reached the top and turned around and came back down on his side!  He refused to back down and made her go backwards up to the top again!  They continued to chase each other through the tower many times.  I noticed they are sleeping better, since they are worn out, using all those upper body muscles.

I also want to thank you again for the added bonus of great customer service, fast shipping (even to Alaska), and thoughtful notes, instructions and extra care. I have attached a bunch of photos of my babies having a great time in the Ferret Tower of Fun!

Hi Cindy and Tom

Sorry I have taken so long to write back about the Tower of Fun, but the kids took alittle time getting in to it. My husband and I are very impressed with the quality of the tower and wish we could play in it too. The first day all 4 went in the tower but didn't seem to impressed, but now they love it. My baby girl is in it mostly but she does call the boys to come play. Stewart and Jake just run thru it, but Samantha  and  Mario run to the top lay on their backs and slide down turn around climb up again and slide back down, then the other ones join in the fun. Now when I run my fingers on the outside of the tubes they get crazy and go in again.
Thanks for making such a neat toy. Enclosed is a pic of all the kids in the tower

Hi Cindy and Tom,
My ferrets were lucky enough to win the Tower of Fun at the Lakeroad
Ferret Shelter picnic a few weeks ago.  All 11 of my ferrets love it,
even my little 9 yr old blind girl likes to find her way through it.
It's an awesome toy and I love how thick the tubing is, it should last
a very long time.  The youngsters love to climb up and down the inside
of the stand and I've even put it horizontally on the floor an it
becomes a completely  new toy. This is definitely the coolest ferret
toy around!

Thank you for making my ferrets happy!

Hi Cindy.  Wanted to drop a quick note and let you and Tom know how much my kids love their tower.  It has been in the room for a month now and is the most played with (and slept in toy).  Old and young alike make a beeline for it as soon as they are released from their cages for playtime.  They seem to have established which end of the tubing is the entrance and have turned it into a "one-way freeway".  I have taken some of the other tubes (including the "holey cheese wedge") and placed them at the entrance and exit of the tower.  This gives them more variety and a longer stretch to run and climb.

I can't thank you enough for coming up with this creation.  It has revived and put a new life into the ferrets and ferretroom.
